Dr. Wild (born in 1964) was one of the first students to study ship engineering at the TU Hamburg-Harburg (degree: Dipl.-Ing. (TU)). At the same time, he studied law at the University of Hamburg and ended his studies early in favor of a doctorate on refrigerated containers and controlled atmospheres at the TUHH and was admitted to the first state examination.

He successfully completed his studies in August 2012 with the academic degree of Master of Science.
During his many years as an expert in the fields of refrigeration technology, ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as heating technology, Gerd Schröder was able to gain extensive experience and regularly works as a court expert in these areas.

She completed her mechanical engineering studies (2015-2018) with a Bachelor of Science and continued her studies in the consecutive master's program “Product Development, Materials and Production” (2018-2020). The focus of her studies was in the area of product development. The topic of her thesis was “Influence of aging on the mechanical properties of glass-GRP adhesive connections for load-bearing window structures”. In August 2020 she successfully completed her studies with the academic degree of Master of Science.
Through her work in our engineering office, Chiara Dreiner has acquired extensive knowledge in the areas of refrigeration technology, ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as heating technology and also works as a court expert in these areas. Since December 2023 she has been on the board of the Hamburg district association German Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Association (DKV) active.

Dipl.-Ing. Zen Shalfeh (born 1996) has been working for the Dr.-Ing. since April 2024. Yves Wild Ingenieurbüro GmbH. From October 2016 to March 2024, Zen Shalfeh studied mechanical engineering with a specialization in energy technology at the Technical University of Dresden. He successfully completed his studies with his diploma thesis. The topic of the diploma thesis was “Experimental investigation of a thermal liquid ice production system”.
During his studies, Zen Shalfeh also worked as a working student in the construction and commissioning of a test stand for subatmospheric water cooling of data centers at the ILK Dresden and in the investigation of the energy saving potential at district heating stations at Sachsen Energie.

Clemens Aipperspach (born 1981) has been working with Yves Wild for over 10 years. He completed his industrial engineering studies (specializing in process engineering and logistics) with a diploma thesis on the use of absorption refrigeration systems on board merchant ships. After setting up his own consulting company, he worked as an expert on behalf of Dr. Wild engineering offices. His focus is on the areas of refrigerated logistics (transport and storage), energy efficiency / carbon footprint as well as Visual Basic-based simulation calculations in various application areas.
Clemens Aipperspach is currently doing his doctorate in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Center for Maritime Logistics (CML) at the TU Hamburg-Harburg on the analysis of greenhouse gas emissions during refrigerated transport at sea.

Anja Wild (born 1967) is a qualified social educator and supervisor. 2012 was by her Anja Wild Coaching & Clearing, a consulting and supervision company, was founded. Among other things, she works as a lecturer for the Evangelical University of Hamburg and the Authority for Labor, Social Affairs, Family and Integration (BASFI) at the FHH Hamburg. The focus of the consulting work is on the areas of daycare, child and youth welfare, help for people in need of assistance, addiction and drug help, etc. Another focus is the individual coaching of managers, especially women in management tasks. She also advises Dr. -Ing. Yves Wild Ingenieurbüro GmbH in personnel matters and strategic direction.

Theresa Wilhelm (born 1980) is a business coach and has been self-employed in the areas of controlling, back office and personal training for over 15 years.
After completing her commercial training, she studied medicine for a few semesters before devoting herself entirely to her passion for organizing and structuring processes and coaching. She completed her coaching training at VIEL Coaching und Training in Hamburg as one of the youngest participants and successfully accompanied further coaching training as an assistant trainer.
Since 2019 she has been responsible for the back office and preparatory accounting of Dr.-Ing. Yves Wild Ingenieurbüro GmbH is responsible.

Natascha Märtin (born in 1971) became self-employed as a sole proprietor 14 years ago - since then she has worked in the areas of copywriting, editing, organization and personal assistance. She also loves organizing and structuring.
After training as a hotel manager, she received her business school diploma and a traineeship as an editor for TV, followed by many years as a freelance journalist - including for Springer Verlag. Until she became self-employed.
