Building management system

Building management technology (BMS) is becoming increasingly important in today's building technology. Without a functioning BMS, controlling and regulating the extensive processes would be hardly conceivable.

By visualizing the individual processes with the BMS in a central location, operation is significantly simplified. In the event of malfunctions and faults, alarms are generated and can be assigned directly by the system operator. Due to the large number of measured values that come together in the BMS, correct interpretation is often difficult and can lead to incorrect conclusions by the operator. Only rarely is a thorough and complete evaluation carried out by those responsible.

Malfunctions, such as controller oscillations or simultaneous operation of components in opposite directions (simultaneous heating and cooling), can be detected simply by systematically evaluating BMS data.

Our engineers specialize in evaluating extensive data sets. In addition to data export from the GLT, data preparation before the actual systematic evaluation is one of the critical tasks. Due to the large number of BMS systems, there is unfortunately no standard for data exchange and processing, so we then create individual solutions.

Our Experts draw up Expert opinion for building management technology and system control and consult Happy to help with problems. If necessary, they carry out their own Measurements through or evaluate existing measured values / operating data.
